At Zorvos, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include any original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the status of your refund or exchange.

If you’re exchanging for a different product:

  • You may use your return value as a store credit.
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.
  • If it costs more, you’ll be prompted to enter payment info securely.

Shipping fees for 2- and 3-day delivery options are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.

Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center at:

You’ll need the following:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email or packing slip)
  • The email address or phone number used to place the order

Follow the prompts to:

  • Select the items for return or exchange
  • Choose your return method (prepaid shipping label or drop-off at return location)
  • Review and submit your request

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item and your refund/exchange will be processed promptly after we receive the item.

Non-Direct Purchases

If you purchased a Zorvos product from a third-party retailer, please return it directly to the place of purchase. We cannot process refunds for items not purchased directly from zorvos.com. However, we may be able to offer exchanges of equal value if proof of purchase is provided and the item is unused and in resellable condition.

Unauthorized Retailers

Products purchased through unauthorized platforms such as eBay, PoshMark, or any other secondhand marketplaces are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims. Zorvos does not authorize third-party resale through these channels.
